Current Volunteer Positions:

  1. Event Coordinator: As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating various events such as the Summer Garden Party and networking events. Your responsibilities will include logistical planning, venue management, participant registration, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
  2. Community Engagement Volunteer: In the Community Engagement Volunteer role, you will actively engage with community groups and individuals interested in climate action. This involves reaching out to community organizations, conducting one-on-one meetings, and participating in networking events to foster relationships and gather valuable input from the community.
  3. Communications Volunteer: If you have a flair for communication and digital platforms, the Communications Volunteer role is perfect for you. As part of our communications team, you will assist with email updates, website maintenance, and social media management. You will help disseminate information about upcoming events, share relevant resources, and engage with the community through online platforms.
  4. Research and Data Analysis Volunteer: As a Research and Data Analysis Volunteer, you will contribute to ECAN’s decision-making processes by conducting research and analyzing data related to climate initiatives, community needs, and best practices. Your work will help gather valuable information, analyze survey responses, and contribute to reports and recommendations that support our mission.
  5. Partnership Development Volunteer: In the Partnership Development Volunteer role, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with other community groups, local authorities, and third sector organizations.
