Thanks to everyone who has engaged in the development of the network. The network will also have a variety of ways for feeding into plans going forward.

Are you a local group in the Glasgow area working with and for your community, creating a sustainable, equal and resilient future?
Once the network is up and running with members, we can work on more specific plans and look at the next steps for the network. There are opportunities to join working groups as part of the network, and propose new working groups.
One of these will be the Network Resourcing Working Group which will focus on funding possibilities for the network, including Climate Action Hub funding. This working group will be prioritised as resourcing the network will help it be practically supportive soon. As the application form is now out for the Hubs this will help us to shape an application.
Outreach is being done with groups in East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, West Dunbartonshire and East Dunbartonshire to find out if the network should include these areas. If it does, the name may change to reflect this.
