We now have a company limited by guarantee, the imaginatively named Greenbank Woods Ltd!
The interim Directors, everything is being called interim until we move forward with the sale and then the company will move into a steady state, are Richard Brunton, Kay Robertson and Bill Rustrick.
Once the company does own the woods and the initial stages are complete there will be formalised governance and documentation put in place to allow for members, voting, and regular work to begin.
The formalising will also help with seeking funding and the Community Right to Buy, so we can show interest in the west woods and the meadow, and hopefully obtain them as well.
