Greenbank Woods East doesn’t just include the eastern section of the Greenbank Woodland Walk and the associated woods. There are a number of other plots included.
In the copy of the plan below, the plots have been numbered one to five.
Each numbered plot is listed below using a Google Maps satellite view with an approximation of the plot outlined in red.
These are hand drawn using the low resolution plan above as guidance. More precise plans will be available with the seller’s documentation.
Plot 1: Merchants Golf Course
A small section of trees located on Merchants of Edinburgh Golf Course, to the east of the property of 255D Colinton Road.
Plot 2: Greenbank Drive/Littlejohn Road
A small section of trees off Greenbank Drive behind 2 Littlejohn Road.
Plot 3: Greenbank Village Play Park
The land on which the Greenbank Village play park is located.
Plot 4: Greenbank Drive/Littlejohn Avenue to Wynd
Raised rectangle of trees and grassy area between Littlejohn Avenue and Littlejohn Wynd backing onto Greenbank Drive. Stopping at the road/path between the two roads.
Plot 5: Greenbank East Woodland Walk and Woods
This area is the eastern Greenbank Woodland Walk and wooded areas, bounded by the property boundaries of Greenbank Village to the west, Greenbank to the east, and Firhill to the south. It ends as the built path ends, before the wooded eastern area of the meadow.
