How to embed a form e.g. Membership with payment options

This form doesn’t take any payments – it is purely for illustration. Embedding of a simple form solution that is supported by our multisite is tricky, but there are a variety of options. Jotform is a well used software that has a free tier (with advertising). It is reasonably economical to upgrade and it offers EU based servers, which are designed to be GDPR compliant (but that doesn’t necessarily cover everything, so extra steps can be required!)

Jotform example:

  1. simply get the system to auto-embed the form. On a new line copy and paste the form url
  2. If that doesn’t work use the embed technique illustrated below

But if for any reason that doesn’t work, or is limiting (you cannot easily control the frame height) , there is always the option of a direct link – which can be altogether neater and obviates the need for the GDPR declaration and additiona faff on your site.

The direct link obviously also works in email, in a newsletter or even a word document.
