Embedding of a simple form solution that is supported by our multisite is tricky, but there are a variety of options.  Jotform is a well used software that has a free tier (with advertising). It is reasonably economical to upgrade and it offers EU based servers, which are designed to be GDPR compliant (but that doesn&#8217;t necessarily cover everything, so extra steps can be required!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jotform example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>simply get the system to auto-embed the form.
