ECCAN Networking event report

Over 130 people attended the Edinburgh Climate Action Networking event and Inaugural Members meeting on Monday, 13th November at the Charteris Centre. There was a great networking buzz! Thank you all for attending!

Thank you to Climate Psychology Alliance for facilitating two climate cafes.

Thank you to volunteers Harriet and Jasmine for facilitating an excellent workshop on the Scottish Government Consultation on tackling the nature emergency closing on December 14 (report to come soon).

Thank you to Rachel Pidgeon and Dr Pete Wood from the ECCAN Governance group and now trustees for facilitating a workshop on the future ECCAN working groups (report to come soon).

Thank you to Tara O’Leary from SCCAN and Jacinta Barker from CEMVO Scotland for the support in preparation of and throughout the event.

Thank you to Claire Marion and Cllr Ben Parker from the Edinburgh Council for attending the event and for giving us an update on the Edinburgh Council’s climate work and the plans ahead.
