Hi all. This is a short update on the recent meeting and next steps, and a recent email issue which might have lost some emails to Greenbank Woods.
On the 9th of June we had an opportunity to piggyback on the room hire for the Greenbank Village East Owners Association meeting, and so we thought it would be a good idea to get people together and give them an update.
We were also looking for some direction and decisions from the members, but with only an hour, a lot of content to get through, and several apologies, we thought it best to save these for an online form following the meeting.
At the meeting a few members had said that they hadn’t received updates from the group, so our first task has been to go through the accounts and all emails to ensure we have gathered together all the email addresses for members, and also to ensure all previous queries were answered. Any issues we find we’ll send follow-up emails.
Please do check your spam email folders just in case the emails have been getting held.
Once we’ve done this we’ll send out notes from the meeting along with that questionnaire to gather decisions of the group. We’ll be looking for majority decisions and we’ll publish them with anonymous results after.
During the meeting we said that members who had queries, weren’t receiving emails, or had any other questions or issues could email any address at greenbankwoods.org and we would receive a copy of it. Unfortunately there was a problem with what’s called the “catch-all” email address and unless the email was sent to the admin, woods or my own email name at greenbankwoods.org, it was lost.
Our apologies for this issue, we weren’t aware it had stopped working from when it was originally setup. That is now rectified, and if you sent an email to anywhere other than woods, admin or Richard’s named account at @greenbankwoods.org, then we would ask that you resend it. If you sent your email to any of these three addresses then it will have been received.
Once we’ve gone through the above, we’ll get the updates from the meeting out to everyone, the decision form sent, and we can get the first clean-up of the east woods and Littlejohn square organised.
