1st ‘Climate for Change’ conversation in Scotland

Yesterday, we hosted the first ‘Climate for Change’ conversation in Scotland as part of our Climate for Change training. Find out more about the programme and how to get involved here.

Here below is some feedback from our first cohort of 17 facilitators:

“This session made me feel very empowered and inspired to take action!”

“I feel inspired and ready to learn more about becoming an effective facilitator. I have felt “what can I do?” I know have the answer! Thank you SCCAN. I look forward to starting conversations that will influence climate change, locally, countrywide and globally!”

“This was a excellent session. The hosting and facilitation was very engaging and created an atmosphere in which the group were able to participate freely.

I have been interested in climate change for some time and within the last year have been actively seeking to increase my understanding of this area, including what the issues are and learning about potential solutions/new technologies.

This session allowed me to understand more about SCCAN’s goals and the ambition for the Climate Conversation programme. I look forward to participating in this exciting initiative.”

“Our conversations for change event was really informative and has set a clear road map of how I can most effectively use my time for climate action.”
