Join the First Minister, MSPs, coalition members & citizens as we hear from inspiring speakers, reflect on achievements like the world-leading 2009 Climate Act and the Climate Justice Fund, look ahead to the challenges facing politicians and civil society now, and recognise the positive impact of climate solutions on ordinary people’s lives.

Speakers will include:

  • The First Minister
  • Satwat Rehman, Co-Chair of the Just Transition Commission
  • Dr Mike Robinson OBE, Chair of Stop Climate Chaos Scotland and Chief Executive of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society
  • The Very Reverend Sally Foster-Fulton, former Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland and former Climate Ambassador for Scotland
  • Grant Moir, Chief Executive of Cairngorms National Park (TBC)
  • Plus a new short film highlighting how people across Scotland are already benefitting from climate policies and programmes, by filmmaker James Cave.

Drinks and canapes will be served, and there will be time for networking and browsing the climate-themed stalls.
